Eric Molicki is a Firearms Instructor at INPAX. Eric has been shooting for over 40 years in numerous disciplines and began his life-long study of Martial Arts at age 4 in Seido Karate. He has previously served as a police officer in and around Baltimore in the 1990’s. He is also an NRA certified Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer as well as a graduate of numerous law enforcement schools and nationally known firearms schools such as Front Sight.
Eric discovered INPAX in 2018 and immediately recognized kindred spirits building an organization committed to improving people’s lives. Having seen both the harsh realities of life and the hope and power that comes from well-founded confidence and training, he was honored to join the team and eager to see INPAX clients gain the skills through training to “learn how to swim” rather than have to rely upon “lifeguards.”
Eric graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in management and spent several years running a family company before joining law enforcement. He also holds a doctorate from Covenant Theological Seminary in team leadership and is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America having pastored or served in campus ministry for nearly 25 years. He has been married to Alice for 27 years and has two teenage sons, but his favorite “son” is his golden retriever, Pippin.
