Tammy Neff is a Defensive Tactics and Fitness Instructor at INPAX Academy. She has been involved with INPAX since 2008, first training as a client in all aspects of personal security and more recently as a part-time Instructor. Tammy’s passion for helping others learn the INPAX system of self-defense is deeply rooted in her own experience of how the training has helped her connect with her inner warrior. She enjoys working with others to help them discover their own sense of personal power, in both self-defense and fitness. Although she is an avid competitive CrossFit athlete, she emphasizes safety and functional fitness for all.
Outside of INPAX, Tammy has a varied professional career. She currently works full-time as in Investment Analyst for a local money management company. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2006 and her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 1994. Prior to that, she graduated from Carlow College with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and Psychology. Her clinical practice specialty was emergency psychiatry. She has always been drawn to and committed to helping others. She maintains her Pennsylvania State Nursing license and CPR certification. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to instruct fitness and holds the NRA Range Safety Office (RSO) certification. Tammy is proud to be a member of the INPAX team and is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals so you can live with confidence!
